And of course Tim. I wasn't stalking him. Honestly!

 With all the excitement of yesterday....my workshop with Tim Holtz, I forgot to post my Totally Gorjuss DT card.

Tim Holtz workshop - my daughter and me

I had an amazing opportunity to attend a workshop with Tim Holtz and Dyan Reaveley this morning at the NEC. They are both at the Trade show to promote some wonderful new products. Thank you to Sarah at Hotshot Crafts for giving me the opportunity for this great experience.
My daughter Emma came with me. She is not crafty at all but I think she kind of enjoyed it. But she certainly didn't like getting her fingers inked up!!! as this picture shows ( she will love me for showing this picture!)

With Tim we made a double hanging canvas

Dont know why I am pulling such a silly face!

With Dyan we altered a few pages of a book. Now that was really MESSY!!!!!! but great fun

 We had to make "poodles" of ink on our pages

Grunge altered picture frame - what do you think?

 I thought you might like to see this altered picture frame I did. It started life as a plain silver frame.

 I covered it with TH papers. The rose was made from the same papers and TH Tattered Florals die. The leaves were cut from Grungepaper, stamped and then inked with Distress Inks as was " friend"

 I stamped a message for the inside so that this could be a piece of wall art rather than a photo frame ( you could still take the sentiment out if you wanted too), I added flourishes and inked again with Distress Inks.

A few more bits and pieces and here it is.
