What a busy day!
We had our school fete today. As I mentioned earlier this eek I have been making Jewellery and I had a stack of cards to sell. ( I left most of the cards at home!)
The fete started at 11.00am and yes you guessed it poured with rain.. My table was originally in the open but I was able to move to under this covering.
Considering the bad weather we had a reasonable turnout. My in laws all came with niece and nephew. We had a local Zoo bring some animals as well as a local radio station. Oh and we had a fire engine and some firemen too!
I sold about 10 cards and quite a bit of jewellery. So I was quite pleased with my 2 hours in the rain!

Sounds like you had a reasonable time in spite of the rain. At least people bought and didn't just say "that's really nice" and walk on. I've often heard people say that it's not easy to get people to buy at these fetes so well done.
